Is this actually for me?

If you’ve read three books about boundaries and still find yourself saying yes to things you don’t want, this is for you. If you’ve never had a problem saying no, save your $37.

I’m too busy.

The longest assignment is twelve minutes. The shortest is one ask. If you can’t find fifteen minutes a day for seven days to break a pattern that’s costing you years, you’re not too busy — you’re too comfortable with the pattern.

What if it doesn’t work?

Do all seven prompts. If your life isn’t visibly different by Day 30, full refund. The completion clause matters: I refund people who did the work and didn’t get results. I don’t refund people who didn’t open the emails.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?

What happens after Day 7?

You wake up Monday after Cohort 04. The friend you’d been avoiding texted twice — you tell her the truth instead of disappearing again. Your boss asks for a Saturday favor. You say no without a paragraph of explanation. The family dinner is still hard, but you stop editing your sentences in the half-second before you speak them. Nothing in your life is permanently solved. But the pattern doesn’t run you anymore. That’s the whole point of the seven days.
