The longest assignment is twelve minutes. The shortest is one ask. If you can't find fifteen minutes a day for seven days to break a pattern that's costing you years, you're not too busy. You're too comfortable with the pattern.
What if it doesn't work?
Do all seven prompts. If your life isn't visibly different by Day 30, full refund. The completion clause matters: I refund people who did the work and didn't get results. I don't refund people who didn't open the emails.
How is this different from therapy or coaching?
